PRODUCT INFO
All items are custom ceramic artwork. They are cone 6 electric fired unless otherwise stated.
All dishware is dishwasher and microwave safe. Although, should a piece be particularly fragile, I recommend hand washing.
SHIPPING INFO
After items are finished they will be shipped with in 3 to 5 business days by USPS priority mail which will include adequate insurance.
Shipping Fee: $3+USPS Rate Includes costs to properly package artwork
I use recycled materials as often as possible. This not only helps the environment, but saves on costs I can pass on to you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you would like to return a item (that is not a commission, see below), you may do so within 30 days of receiving the item. I will refund the money after receiving proof of shipping. Shipping will not be reimbursed.
If there is damage in shipping, I can remake or refund the piece.
Your deposit on custom commissions is non-refundable.
